Steps to successfully make a Jordan Moments' account.
Click "menu", located at the top right hand side of the page.
Click "Create An Account".
There will be two options presented on the screen.
Either you can sign up through Facebook or go directly through our website
If you sign up through Facebook click on the blue "Signup Through Facebook" button and it will sign you up through your Facebook account.
If you sign up through the website, fill out all of the criteria on the page and click register.
Where are you all located?
We are located in San Antonio, Texas.
Do you travel?
Yes we do!
Email Jordan@jordanmoments.com with the location that you have in mind for your event or occasion.
How do consultations work?
We do personal face to face consultations for $25/hr.
Email or phone consultations are free of charge.
Please contact us in order to set up a time frame for the face to face visit.
We ask that you contact us with at least a 2 week notice prior to the projected date.
How can I make a payment?

Go to the bottom of the website and click "Payment"
From there it will give you the option to pay through Square Cash, Venmo, or Paypal.
If you choose Paypal, the link will send you to the Paypal payment screen, where it will allow you to specify the amount of money you'd like to transfer (any and all payments made on the website are secured through Paypal, Venmo, or Square Cash)
People with a smart phone can pay through "Venmo" or "Square Cash"
Once you have made an account, add us at "Jordan Moments LLC" and make transfers for free.
We accept cash transactions.
We DO NOT accept any form of checks.
What is included in the price?
All video products include:
An online link to either our website or YouTube.
A physical USB including a short 3-4 min recap (summary) video including additional unedited footage from the event.
A downloadable link
All photo products include:
An online link to our website
A physical USB including all edited pictures
A downloadable link
Editing is included in the price of all products.
How can I purchase prints?
Go to the "Services and Prices" page, and fill out all of the information required at the bottom of the page. We ask that you put "Picture Prints" inside of the box labeled "Requested Services."
Once we confirm the order you will then need to pay before the prints are shipped.
Does the price of picture prints include shipping?
Yes, the shipping cost is include in the price labeled for the "Picture Prints."
When will my product be finished?
All products will be finished within ten business days unless told otherwise.
If you would like products to be finished within 3-5 business days there is an express fee of $50.00.
