These terms govern your use of jordanmoments.com and any sessions, products, or services you book or purchase from Jordan Moments LLC.

Bookings & deposits

• A deposit reserves your date and is applied toward your final balance.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date, at our discretion, if you reschedule with reasonable notice.
• The remaining balance is due as outlined in your booking confirmation or invoice.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Gift cards are valid for two years from purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

Store orders

Prints, canvas, albums, and other products are made to order. Because they're personalized, sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case we'll replace it. Delivery timelines are estimates.

Rescheduling & cancellations

We'll always work with you on timing. Cancellation and reschedule terms specific to your session are set out in your signed agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Image rights

We retain copyright to all images and films we create. You receive a personal-use license to the delivered files. We may use your images to promote our work unless you request otherwise in writing.
